| Amide waxes provide flow, lubrication and dispersion to various polyolefine and engineering resin applications - available also on a pure vegetable basis. |
| Wax, Micronized | Ceridust | Clariant's wide range of various functionalities of ultrafine particle size Ceridust waxes provides in a wide range of applications for all major based resins significant improvement in pigment dispersion. |
| Wax, Montan | Licolub
Licomont
Licowax | Clariant's wide range of montan waxes adds the desired flow and release properties to various high end compounding applications in engineering resins, polyolefins and PVC. |
| Wax, Polyethylene | Licocene
Licolub
Licowax
TP Licocene | With a variety of functional and non-functional polyethylene waxes Clariant supplies dispersion, flow improvement and lubrication into a variety of polyolefine, engineering resin and PVC applications. The grafted Licocene types are well suitable as coupling agents for glass - and natural fiber filled compounds (Wood Plastic Composites = WPC) based on PE. |
| Wax, Polypropylene | Licowax
TP Licocene | The grafted PP wax is an effective coupling agent for blends or for glass - and natural fiber filled compounds.
The Clariant polypropylene waxes are specialties enabling enhanced pigment dispersion into polypropylene high end applications like film and fiber without losing compatibility - including excellent thermal stability. The variety of modified PP-Licocene grades offer compatibilizing properties for all fiber filled PP compounds. |
Our waxes are very effective products for flow improvement and as release agents for the polymer processing industry.
They provide flowability, anti-sticking and better demoulding properties to the finished article as well as various other benefits like nucleation, compatibilization and adhesion promotion. This applies to almost all kind of plastic materials such as polyolefins, styrenic copolymers, elastomers, thermosets and engineering resins.
Clariant waxes do not interfere with mechanical properties of the polymer. Due to their excellent thermal stability and low volatility they are particularly suitable for the processing at high temperatures.
