The Group is committed to the highest international standards of Corporate Governance and follows the rules set out in the Swiss Code of Best Practice for Corporate Governance and the SIX Swiss Exchange.


The principles and regulations on Corporate Governance are described in the Swiss Code of Obligations, the Articles of Association of Clariant Ltd, in the organizational Group regulations of the Clariant Group and the Clariant Code of Conduct. The Board of Directors reviews these documents regularly and adapts them as needs arises.
