Expatriate Management
Currently, around 2,000 employees, corresponding to about 10% of our workforce, work outside of their home country. For example, staff at our company headquarters in Muttenz, near Basel, Switzerland, now represent more than 25 nationalities.
We believe in getting close to our different markets and acting as a worldwide network. This requires a mix of local competence and international business experience.
We aim to provide our management with international experience to give them the specialist skills needed for leadership roles in their respective native regions.
