FORMULATION A VI 1638
Procedure
I Mix the components of A and heat to 80°C.
II Add B to A and stir with a propeller stirrer until a clears gel is formed (700 rpm).
III Mix ingredients of phase C and melt at 80°C.
IV Add C to II and homogenise for 2min (19000 rpm).
V Cool down to room temperature while stirring with anchor stirrer (200 rpm).
VI Add ingredients of phase D individually and stir until homogenous in between each addition (200 rpm).

pH: 5,5
Stability: stable for 12 weeks at RT, 40°C & 50°C
