Product Highlights

  • Emulsogen M (low foaming)

Low foaming emulsifier with excellent oil solubility

Emulsogen M is a fatty alcohol ethoxylate and used as nonionic emulsifier for metalworking fluids (emulsions, semi-synthetic), rolling emulsions and water-based fire-resistant hydraulic fluids (HFA-S). It provides excellent emulsification properties and is highly compatible with anionic formulation components. The product has very low foaming tendency, is hard water stable and offers outstanding lime soap dispersing power, being able to disperse large quantities of calcium oleate and tallate. Because of its good solubility in most kinds of mineral and vegetable oils, Emulsogen M can also be used as anti-wear additive to improve lubricity. In North America, the product is available under the tradename Emulsogen M A. more

  • Emulsogen MTP 070

Low foaming emulsifier with outstanding lime soap dispersing properties

Emulsogen MTP 070 is a multifunctional label-free nonionic emulsifier for metal working fluids with outstanding lime soap dispersing and low foaming properties. Emulsogen MTP 070 is able to disperse large quantities of calcium oleate or tallate. Because of its excellent solubility in almost all kinds of mineral oils, Emulsogen MTP 070 can be used as an anti-wear additive to improve lubricity. Emulsogen MTP 070 has a sustainable profile, reducing the impact on the environment and being safe to the personal health. more

  • Emulsogen COL 100

Emulsifier with lime soap dispersing properties

Emulsogen COL 100 is a low foaming ether carboxylic acid with excellent emulsification and dispersing properties. It is used for metal working fluids, fire resistant hydraulic fluids (HFA-S) and rolling emulsions. The product is extremely stable against electrolyte and hard water. Furthermore Emulsogen COL 100 shows outstanding lime soap dispersing power, being able to disperse large quantities of calcium oleate or tallate. The product can also be offered as a low chlorine version. more

  • Emulsogen MTP 030

Label-free, low foaming emulsifier with low pourpoint for metal working fluids

Emulsogen® MTP 030 is a multifunctional label-free nonionic emulsifier for metal working fluids with outstanding low pour point and low foaming properties. Emulsogen® MTP 030 also exhibits very good lime soap dispersing properties and is able to disperse large quantities of calcium oleate or tallate. Because of its excellent solubility in almost all kinds of mineral oils, Emulsogen® MTP 030 can be used as an anti-wear additive to improve lubricity.Emulsogen® MTP 030 has a sustainable profile, reducing the impact on the environment and being safe to personal health. more
