Clariant optimizes PC+ABS with additives to achieve improved heat stability and resistance to thermo-oxidative degradation and yellowing. more

    • Polycarbonate

      Due to its strength, impact resistance and chemical resistance, polycarbonate is a very attractive material for engineering products. Clariant polycarbonate 3D printer filament is made with a high performance, general purpose and high flow polycarbonate that provides end use parts of excellent quality. A specially formulated Renol ® masterbatch is added to improve the processability during 3D printing. more

    • Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) 85

      Clariant TPU 85 3D printer filament meets numerous customer requests for more flexible and softer materials. Clariant’s standard TPU 85 3D printer filament uses a Shore A 85 TPU with high tensile strength, excellent wear resistance and high flowability. Clariant adds Licolub® WE 4 and Hostavin® B-CAP® via a Renol® masterbatch to provide an optimized TPU for 3D printing and end use application. more

      A specially developed Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) 3D printer filament that is ideally used as a water soluble support material. more

    • Polyamide 6

      Clariant polyamide 6 3D printer filament is made of a good flowing Polyamide 6 that results in high performance 3D printed parts. Clariant Hostanox ® P-EPQ ® and Nylostab ® S-EED ® are added via a Renol® masterbatch to improve resistance to thermo-oxidative degradation and minimize yellowing due to ultraviolet radiation. more

    • Polyamide 12

      Clariant Polyamide 12 3D printer filament uses a good flowing Polyamide 12 . Polyamide 12 is often desired due to its better moisture resistance compared to Polyamide 6. Clariant improves the capabilities of Polyamide 12 via a Renol ® masterbatch using Clariant Hostanox® P-EPQ ® and Nylostab ® S-EED ® . more

    • Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)

      Clariant Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) 3D printer filament is made of a high quality and good flowing ABS combined with Clariant additives and pigments to ensure high material performance, end use stability and outstanding color. more

    • Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PET-G)

      Glycol modified polyethylene terephthalate (PET-G) is a polyester with good toughness and chemical resistance. 3D printed PET-G exhibits good layer adhesion and can be used to produce all kinds of products which include end use parts, prototypes, jigs, and fixtures. Clariant improves the heat stability and resistance to thermal processes using appropriately selected additives such as Hostanox ® P-EPQ ® and Hostavin ® ARO 8. more

    • Polylactic Acid (PLA)

      Clariant’s PLA 3D printer filament uses NatureWorks Ingeo™ Biopolymer 3D850 PLA for its excellent material performance and printability and is further optimized with Clariant Hostanox ® P-EPQ ® and Hostavin ® ARO 8 to improve the heat stability and resistance to thermo-oxidative degradation and yellowing. more

    • Clariant's Bio-based Compound

      Clariant’s bio-based compound was developed specifically for 3D printing with customers. It has a nicer surface finish when printed compared to PLA. End use application the material is enhanced with Hostanox ® P-EPQ ® , and Hostavin ® ARO 8 additives. more

    • High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS)

      A general purpose high impact modified polystyrene that prints nicely and has surface hardening and ease of release properties that make it ideal to be used as a support. more
