Opaque Pigments for Lead-Free Pigmentations Product Range:

TECHNICAL DATA, MSDS FILES & SAMPLES

  • Hansa Brilliant Yellow 2GX 70 for Coatings

Hansa Brilliant Yellow 2GX 70 is a yellow pigment with good fastness to light and weathering for air-drying paints. Very good hiding power as an organic pigment. As it has good rheological properties, it can be used even at high pigment concentrations (about 20 % relative to solid binder) without any effect on gloss. Eminently suitable for the production of intense opaque yellow shades for lead-free or low-lead paints. Not suitable for stoving enamels because of the high risk of blooming more

  • Hansa Brilliant Yellow 2GX 70-S

Yellow pigment with good fastness to light and weathering for air-drying paints. Very good hiding power as an organic pigment. As it has good rheological properties, it can be used even at high pigment concentrations (about 20 % relative to solid binder) without any effect on gloss. Eminently suitable for the production of intense opaque yellow shades for lead-free or low-lead paints. This pigment has been stabilized to recrystallization thus the production of pigment concentrates is much more reliable and their shelf-life is better. Pigment is not suitable for stoving enamels because of the high risk of blooming. more

  • Novoperm Yellow 5GD 71 for Paints and Coatings

Novoperm Yellow 5GD 71 is a very opaque and strong, green shade pigment. more

  • Hostaperm Yellow H4G for Paints and Coatings

Hostaperm Yellow H4G is a green shade, very opaque benzimidazolone pigment with excellent light, weather and solvent fastness properties as well as high heat stability. Recommended for paste inks as well as for solvent- and water based packaging gravure and flexographic printing inks more

  • Hostaperm Yellow H4G 70

Modified version of Hostaperm Yellow H4G with considerably better opacity and distinctly improved flow properties with a lighter and cleaner full shade. Its improved rheological characteristics contribute to increase production eco- nomies by permitting for higher pigment loading in mill base without adversely affecting the gloss. more

  • Novoperm Yellow HR 70 for Paints and Coatings

Novoperm Yellow HR 70 is a strong, red shade, highly opaque diarylide yellow pigment. more

  • Novoperm Yellow M2R 70

Novoperm Yellow M2R 70 is a reddish yellow pigment with excellent fastness to light and weathering, especially in deep shades. Very good opacity for an organic pigment. As it has very good flow properties in paints, it can also be used at high pigment concentrations (about 25 % pigment relative to solid binder) without affecting the gloss. Eminently suitable for the production of intense opaque yellow shades for lead-free or low-lead paints. It should be borne in mind that the resistance to very strong alkalis is in some binder systems unsatisfactory. more

  • Novoperm Orange H5G 70 for Paints and Coatings

Novoperm Orange H5G 70 is a very opaque, pure, yellowish benzimidazolone pigment. more

  • Novoperm Orange HL 70 for Paints and Coatings

Novoperm Orange HL 70 is an opaque red shade benzimidazolone pigment. more

  • Novoperm Orange HL 70-NF

Novoperm Orange HL 70-NF is the surface-treated version of Novoperm Orange HL 70 with considerably improved rheological properties and dispersion stability, also in critical binder systems. Fields of application are the same as those of Novoperm Orange HL 70. Attention must be paid to the easier dispersibility of the pigment and hence its somewhat higher sensitivity to overmilling. Not recommended for water-borne paint systems. more

  • Permanent Orange RL 70

Permanent Orange RL 70 is a reddish orange pigment with very good hiding power. As it has very good flow properties in paints, it can be used even at high pigment concentrations (25 - 30 % pigment relative to solid binder) without affecting the gloss. Eminently suitable for the production of opaque orange shades for lead-free and low-lead paints mainly for interior use. more

  • Permanent Red FGR 70 for Paints and Coatings

Slightly higher opacity and considerably better rheological properties at higher pigment concentrations than Permanent Red FGR and therefore of particular interest for opaque full shades in the signal red range. Slightly lower tinctorial strength in reductions with titanium dioxide. Fastness properties virtually the same. more

  • Novoperm Red HF3S 70

Novoperm Red HF3S 70 is a brilliant, yellowish red pigment with very good fastness to light and weathering in deep shades. It possesses very good rheological properties, high gloss and good opacity and is mainly used for lead-free, pure red shades in the automotive and industrial paints sector. more

  • Hostaperm Red D3G 70

Hostaperm Red D3G 70 is a brillant red pigment with very good durability, high color strength and very good opacity. more

  • Hostaperm Red D2G 70

Hostaperm Red D2G 70 is a brillant red pigment with excellent durability and good opacity. more

  • Novoperm Red F2RK 70 for Paints and Coatings

Novoperm Red F2RK 70 is a pure, yellowish and highly opaque Naphthol AS pigment. more

  • Novoperm Red F3RK 70 for Paints and Coatings

Novoperm Red F3RK 70 is a blue shade, brilliant and very opaque Naphthol AS pigment. more

  • Hostaperm Red E2B 70 for Paints and Coatings

Hostaperm Red E2B 70 is a yellow shade, brillant and very opaque quinacridone pigment with the outstanding fastness properties of this group of pigments. Chemically and crystallographically identical to Hostaperm Red E3B. Differs from this in its higher covering power, better rheological properties, easier dispersibility, distinctly improved flocculation stability and, coloristically, by a yellower purer shade both in full tone and reductions, and about 10 % higher tinctorial strength. Because of the good flocculation stability a haze-free high gloss is obtained in paints even at high pigment concentrations. more
