Fluorescent colorants suitable for PS, SAN, ABS, PC, PMMA and U-PVC. Some possibilities exist for the coloration of various grades of polyamide and in thermoplastic polyester applications.
Polymer-soluble colorants for the coloration of thermoplastic polyester (except Polysynthren Yellow RL). They provide intensely colored, brilliant shades with outstanding fastness properties. The main applications are PET fibers, filaments and bottles. Polysynthrens are also applied in other engineering polymers, however pre-testing is required.
Polysynthren Yellow RL is a colorant that has been developed for the coloration of polyamide, showing excellent fastness properties.
High-quality polymer soluble dyes that are developed for coloring polystyrene (PS) and its derivatives. They are also suitable for a wide range of other polymers including thermoplastic polyesters, polycarbonates and polyamides.
These pigment powders are a range of classic and novel organic chemistries specifically selected for plastics applications. Graphtol® pigments present a wide range of shades and technical properties which offer the user economical coloring solutions.
PV Fast Pigments
High performance organic pigments with excellent heat resistance, high light fastness and very good bleeding fastness properties. These pigments are designed for their ease of dispersion in thermoplastic materials and are specifically suitable for fiber, thin wall and difficult technical applications.
Hostaprint Pigment Preparations
Pigment preparations based on 50% single pigment in a vinyl chloride/acetate co-polymer providing excellent dispersion in a free-flowing, low dusting form. They are recommended for the mass coloration of plasticized (P) and unplasticized (U) PVC.
Hostasin Pigment Preparations
Organic pigment dispersions based on an oxidation resistant polyolefin copolymer carrier that is fully compatible with natural rubber and common synthetic rubbers. They are in a dust-free, free-flowing form and the optimized pigment dispersion allowing maximum color development and reproducibility.
Telalux Optical Brighteners
Optical brighteners function by absorbing light in the UV-A range and re-emitting light in the visible blue range. In this way they increase reflection and impart various shades. Optical brighteners function in all colored plastics, however they are more effective in lighter shades.
Pigment preparations based on 40 % single pigment in a plasticised PVC polymer providing excellent dispersion in a free-flowing, low dusting form.
They are recommended for the mass coloration of plasticized (P) PVC.
