You’ve made your way to our careers page, got to know Clariant a little, and think that you would fit in well with us? We’re delighted to hear it! This is what happens next:
- Think about what kind of challenge you’d like to take on and choose one of our job families. You can then start looking for a suitable position on our job board. Filtering by skill level, preferred location, and business area will help you narrow down your selection further. If you think a job is right, apply. You’ll be guided through the application process and can either upload or send us your résumé. If you don’t find a suitable job, you can submit an unsolicited application or come back later.
- After you’ve submitted your application, please give us some time to thoroughly evaluate it. If we think there’s a match, you’ll be invited for a telephone interview. Don’t give up if we don’t find a match straight away, as other roles may come up in the future that are right for you.
- Later in the process you’ll have the chance to meet people from Business and HR as well as future colleagues. You'll be able to ask and answer questions and we’ll get to know each other even better.
- If we both agree that we should work together, we’ll be very pleased to extend an offer for employment.
