As a standard for all managers, both newly hired and internally promoted, the Leadership Program is central to shaping our corporate culture, underlining the importance of our corporate values in day-to-day business and giving participants the mindset and skills needed to translate those values into leadership action. It also generates impetus for the continual optimization of Clariant’s leadership style.
2. General Management
The Clariant Academy General Management Program is an international framework for training business and organizational skills. It equips participants with the competencies needed to operate and expand our business along clearly defined strategic guidelines. Moreover, by fostering resolute mindsets, confidence, and a strong sense of responsibility, it ensures that the company is always able to weather times of economic uncertainty.
3. Functional Excellence
The Functional Excellence Program enables us to align operations with clearly defined business processes. Through it, participants gain a better understanding of their roles in cross-functional processes, and learn to identify opportunities for improvement and to build links that transform our end-to-end business.
4. Change Management
This program scrutinizes every aspect of change management. It covers topics such as understanding people’s reactions to change, communicating the need for change and its repercussions at an early stage, and involving people in order to generate understanding and support for the change process.
