The annual Talent Management process, which is held on a country, regional, and global level, is an important means of defining needs-based measures for ongoing development. The process’ talent review components enable us to identify strengths and development areas and establish individual development plans for our talents. The 360° feedback process and the annual performance appraisals serve to encourage both us and our employees to reflect on development areas, and to define development targets and activities.
