OCTAFLO EG CONCENTRATE

Octaflo® EG CONCENTRATE is an ethylene glycol-based, AMS 1424 type I deicing fluid. It was developed as a low aquatic toxicity fluid to help answer the increasing environmental demands being placed on airports. Octaflo® EG CONCENTRATE was first introduced in January 2000, and is now used throughout the United States, Europe and Russia. Octaflo® EG CONCENTRATE is manufactured using the same additive package as the propylene glycol-based type I fluid, Octaflo® EF. A 70:30 dilution of Octaflo® EG CONCENTRATE can be used at temperatures down to -47 °F (-44 °C).
