China Sustainability
On 2nd November 2016 the second Clariant Sustainability Dialog Summit took place Shanghai, China.

Sustainability and innovation are central elements of the China Five-Year-Plan. Moving up in the value chain by focusing on modern services and products and developing an environmental technology industry that serves an ecological living and culture are integral parts of this plan.

At the Clariant Sustainability Dialog we shared our experiences, ambitions, and future goals in our sustainability journey, showcasing value-adding solutions from our Business Units and highlighting relevant trends in Greater China. Best practices for resource efficiency, air quality for a sustainable development and for driving long-term growth were in focus. Examples shared at the event include solutions in the field of low carbon development, energy efficiency, next generation industrial applications and products based on renewable resources.
