Clariant will be exhibiting at the New Functional Materials Exhibition 2025, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from 29 (Wed) to 31 (Fri) January 2025.

We will be exhibiting the VITA ranges, which are 100% bio-based polyethylene glycols and surfactant products.

The VITA ranges are made from sugar cane derived bioethanol and has a significantly reduced carbon footprint compared to conventional petro-based polyethylene glycol and surfactants.

Our VITA ranges are also produced in a completely segregated process from other petro-based products and can provide carbon footprint data for each product, from raw material procurement to shipment.

With the VITA ranges, Clariant is contributing to the achievement of its customers' sustainability goals.

Other Exhibits

In addition to VITA products, polyether polyol, reactive polyethers and glycol ethers as raw materials for the urethane reaction will be on display at the booth.

For polyether polyol products, we offer a wide range of molecular weight products such as polyethylene glycols and polyalkylene glycols with terminal OH groups that can be used as urethane raw materials by reaction with isocyanates.

As reactive polyether raw materials, polyether products with allyl, methallyl and methacryl groups and polyetheramine products are available as polyether-modified raw materials for various resins.

Clariant also offers glycol ether products that can be used in a wide range of applications, such as cleaning solvents for electronic materials, paint solvents, and solvents for API or fine chemical synthesis.
