Emulsogen™ COL 100 is an ether carboxylic acid with excellent emulsification and dispersing properties. It is used as a co-emulsifier in a broad variety of emulsifiable metal working fluids. In combination with other suitable nonionic or anionic components, as little as 2-3 % Emulsogen™ COL 100 in the mineral oil concentrate are sufficient to improve emulsion stability and dispersity.
Emulsogen™ COL 100 also shows outstanding lime soap dispersing power and is able to disperse large quantities of calcium oleate or tallate.
