Emulsogen™ ELO 200 is a fatty acid ethoxylate which is used as nonionic emulsifier in metal cutting & grinding fluids (emulsions, semi-synthetic) and rolling emulsions.
Provides excellent emulsification properties in particular for vegetable oils, synthetic esters or combination of these. It dissolves easily in such ester oils to form clear and stable solutions. Emulsogen™ ELO 200 is highly compatible with other formulation components and can also be used for mineral oil based concentrates. Furthermore the product shows outstanding lime soap dispersing power, being able to disperse large quantities of calcium oleate or tallate. Emulsogen™ ELO 200 also acts as anti-wear additives and improves lubricity.
