CORRTREAT 5727

CORRTREAT 5727 is a novel water soluble/highly oil-dispersible, strong cathodic film forming corrosion inhibitor. Very high levels of corrosion protection can be achieved, even at high shear rates. CORRTREAT 5727 has been developed for the corrosion protection of tubing and pipelines in both oil and gas field operations. The inhibitor protects against corrosion in the presence of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide and organic acids and is effective in the presence of a wide range of oil/condensate to water ratios.
