Boosting crop protection performance

Tank-mix adjuvants are added to agrochemical formulations during spray application to improve pesticide performance. Activator adjuvants achieve this by improving retention or uptake into leaves. Examples include surfactants (NIS), crop oil concentrates (COC), and high surfactant crop oil concentrates (HSOC).

As crop protection products become increasingly complex and combine multiple active ingredients, utility modifier tank-mix adjuvants ensure compatibility and correct activation of sensitive formulations. Examples include buffering, antifoam, and drift control agents.

Synergen™ GA

Synergen™ GA is a biological enhancer for salts of agrochemicals. The universal non-ionic wetting agent and solubilizer is based on glucamide chemistry. It is a sugar-based surfactant with a renewable carbon index (RCI) above 95% and excellent ecological profile. Synergen™ GA is a high electrolyte tolerant surfactant and can be used as a building block for customized formulations such as water conditioners, salts of agrochemicals and fertilizers.

Synergen™ OS is a label-free polyglycerol ester blend suitable for both in-can and tank mix applications. The product reduces fines in the spray liquid to assist in drift mitigation.
