Moreover, depending on the specifics of the role we conduct a number of interview rounds, both virtual and at our locations. This allows to both assess the suitability of your candidature and to give you the opportunity to get know as much depth about the position and your potential new colleague as possible, before making the decision to join Clariant.
If we both agree that we should work together, you will receive a job offer of employment! In some locations and for some positions you may be asked to authorize Clariant to conduct a pre-employment background check, which may be carried out before an offer of employment is made.
Some positions have additional requirements due to specific tasks and features of the work. These may include occupational certifications, professional designations, pre-employment drug screen or physical capability examinations. We will be sure to inform you about any of these requirements in advance.
