Handling
The required quantity of Emulsogen M is stirred at room temperature with the oil to be emulsified until a homogeneous, clear concentrate is obtained. The oil/emulsifier mixture is then stirred into the required amount of water at room temperature. Stirring is stopped as soon as a uniform emulsion is obtained. Generally stirring lasts for about 5 minutes at a stirring speed of approximately 300-500 revolutions/min.Any creaming up which may occur after prolonged standing can be easily overcome by stirring.
