Polyglykol B11/150K is a high performance lubricant especially designed for the use in high pressure production processes of low density polyethylene (LDPE). It is a polyalkylene glycol (n-Butanol) with an excellent instrinsic lubricity and a high viscosity index, showing a favorable pressure-viscosity relationship.

OEM approval from Burckhardt Compression
The pumpability of the Polyglykol B11/150K has been tested and approved by Burckhardt Compression for cylinder lubrication of secondary compressors equipped with “CH” lubrication pumps in high pressure polyethylene processes for the production of Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) for a pump speed of 164 rpm up to a maximum final process pressure of
* 3841 bar at a minimum oil temperature of 50 °C
* 3531 bar at a minimum oil temperature of 35 °C
* 2399 bar at a minimum oil temperature of 20 °C

 Food grade approval
Polyglykol B11/150K is NSF-H1 listed and registered under no. 146073. It is also compliant with food regulations from the US (FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570), the European Union (EC Directive10/2011/EC) and Germany (BfR Recommendations V, VI, XIV, XL VIII, LI, LII, LIII)

Broad registration status
Polyglykol B11/150K is a polymeric material and therefore REACh-exempted. The monomers have been registered during REACh phase 1.
It is registered in all major chemical inventories, i.e. AICS/Australia, DSL/Canada, ENCS/Japan, IECSC/China, KECI/Korea, PICCS/Philippines and TSCA/USA.
