ApplicationsCeridust 8020 is recommended for solvent and water based coatings. In powder coatings it can be used as structuring agent together with high titanium dioxide concentrations.
In solvent and water based coatings the highly modified copolymer wax provides an excellent scratch and abrasion resistance. In wood coatings it provides additionally soft touch and a strong matting effect.
It is easily dispersible in water and solvent based systems. As dispersion it can be also used as a release agent.
