Dispersogen PL 30

Dispersing agent for water-based pigment preparations & compatibilizer for tinted waterborne & solventborne deco paints

Edition Date :
September 20, 2021

Dispersogen PL 30 is a nonionic, polymeric dispersing agent for water-based pigment preparations, suitable for organic pigments and specialty carbon blacks.
The product is recommended for use in concentrates for in-plant tinting. The general dosage recommendation is 10 - 40% on organic pigments.

Dispersogen PL 30 also acts as wetting agent/compatibilzer in waterborne high PVC paints as well as in waterborne and solvent-borne low PVC lacquers. The general dosage is 0.5-1.0% in emulsion paints, 1.0-1.5% in acrylic lacquers and 0.25-0.5% in alkyd lacquers.

The advantages of Dispersogen PL 30 are:

  • low VOC
  • hazard label free
  • free of alkylphenol ethoxylates
  • ecolabel compliant
  • high pigment concentration
  • low foaming
