Dispersogen PL 30
Dispersogen PL 30 is a nonionic, polymeric dispersing agent for water-based pigment preparations, suitable for organic pigments and specialty carbon blacks.
The product is recommended for use in concentrates for in-plant tinting. The general dosage recommendation is 10 - 40% on organic pigments.
Dispersogen PL 30 also acts as wetting agent/compatibilizer in waterborne high PVC paints as well as in waterborne and solvent-borne low PVC lacquers. The general dosage is 0.5-1.0% in emulsion paints, 1.0-1.5% in acrylic lacquers and 0.25-0.5% in alkyd lacquers.
