Polyglykol 400 is used as humectant for water-borne pigment preparations
Polyglykol 400 retards the drying of pigment pastes and forms a soluble film of the pigment preparation. Polyglykol 400 prevents the formation of skin or lumps on the surface of the dispersion.
Polyglykol 400 offers the following advantages:
- hazard label free
- free of alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO)
- compliant with ecolabel criteria
- Pigment preparation
