Licolub WE 60 flakes is a fatty acid of polyols.

  • Very good balance of internal and external lubrication to improve polymer melt flow which enables the production of geometrically complex parts.
  • Excellent external lubrication properties prevent polymer melt sticking, e.g. when releasing injection molded parts from mold, resulting in smoother surfaces of injection molded parts.
  • Amorphous polymers like Polycarbonate (PC) and Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) maintain their transparency if Licolub WE 60 flakes is dosed at 0.2 - 0.5%.
  • High thermostability enables colour consistence an operational stability.
  • Low acid value results in stable impact physicals. 
The product does not require a hazard warning label according CLP regulation (Regulation (EC) No.1272/2008, as amended).

Licolub WE 60 flakes is a highly effective lubricant consisting of renewable raw material that enables trouble-free processing (injection molding and extrusion) of engineering plastics like PC, PET, PBT, POM or PMMA. It enables desirable properties in the end product like surface smoothness, mechanical strength and color stability in end applications like automotive and E&E. Recommended dosage 0.2 - 1.0%.

For best shelf life store this product in a dry area at normal ambient temperatures.
Minimum shelf life is two years from the date of shipping when properly stored.
