Physical Properties
Appearance | Yellow liquid |
Density (20°) | approx. 1.01 g/cm³ |
Miscibility | Miscible with most of the commonly used organic solvents, e.g. n-butanol, ethyl acetate, xylene or white spirit, as well as with waterborne coatings (e.g. acrylics, 2K-PU) up to 3% addition on total resin solids. |
Applications
AddWorks LXR 313 can be recommended in all kind of high performance solventborne and waterborne coatings, for applications such as automotive clearcoats, plastic coatings and high end wood coatings. In acid-catalyzed solventborne coatings, where the basicity of the HALS component could inhibit crosslinking reaction with the binder, it is recommended to use the alternative mixture AddWorks LXR 314.
