AC 6120 catalysts are designed for the removal of radioactive inorganic iodine as well as iodine bound in organic compounds such as methyl iodine (iodomethane). The adsorbers are commonly used in nuclear power plants, nuclear waste reprocessing plants, and nuclear off-gas or air monitoring systems.
