CMG 1 is a zeolite-based catalyst designed for the conversion of methanol to gasoline (CMG), also known as the methanol to gasoline (MTG) process. CMG 1 is industrially proven to offer excellent performance in cost-effective production of high-quality gasoline-blending compounds from methanol.
CMG 1 is typically used as a second-stage catalyst, after the dimethyl ether (DME) reactor is loaded with the SynMax™ sulfur recovery catalyst.
