Synergen® CGA

Synergen® CGA is based on Clariant’s Glucamide technology which is also setting new performance standards in many other industries. The surfactant’s broad pH range (3.5–8.5), high salt tolerance, excellent foam management and improved compatibility with silicone defoamers make it easy to integrate and use. At the same time, it has a renewable carbon index (RCI) of over 95% and thus is ideal for eco-friendly products. Synergen® CGA can be used in a wide range of formulations to compatibilize, both as an in-can or tank-mix mixtures with foliar fertilizers and common SL herbicides. In aqueous matrices, it does great service as a penetration enhancer for hydrophilic herbicides, fertilizers and plant growth regulators (PGRs). It also works as an activator for lipophilic contact products and water-conditioning tank-mix adjuvants.
