Hostaphat MDAH is used as a wetting and dispersing agent for pigment preparations, inks, and coatings, and as a stabilizer for aqueous metallic pigment pastes. It increases the color intensity in color bases and prevents the coagulation of metal pigments, protecting them from corrosion.
