Beraca Light Green Clay
Clays are 100% natural materials made of very thin silicate particles, mixed with mineral oxides that give them their colors. They are responsibly extracted in Brazil, where the specific geology of the soil confers them properties that proved to be beneficial for the skin and/or hair.
Beraca Light Green Clay is mainly formed by silicon dioxide, besides aluminum oxide and ferric oxide with granulometric distribution of, as a maximum, 30 μm. It has proven efficacy on the oiliness control, elasticity, and skin tensor effect.
Product Information
When used in a mask applied for 10 minutes, Beraca Light Green Clay demonstrated the capacity to reduce sebum production by sebocytes (-27% sebum content), to improve skin elasticity (+23.3%, 2 hours after removal of mask), and to have a tensor effect (+4.4% after mask removal). This makes this clay appropriate for use in skin care formulations dedicated to oily skin.
