Exolit™ OP 540 (TP)
Exolit™ OP 540 (TP) is a non-halogenated, reactive flame retardant and a brownish-clear liquid of medium viscosity. The product based on oligomeric organophosphates has a functionality of approx. 2. Exolit™ OP 540 (TP) is primarily suited for production of flame-retarded polyurethane polymers, such as adhesives. The product is distinguished by a high flame retardancy and a high ageing resistance in its flame retardant effect. In addition is shows a high migration stability due to its chemical incorporation into the polymer matrix.
Product Information
- Non-halogenated flame retardants with favorable environmental and health profile.
- Medium viscosity liquid for easy processing.
- Low migration and low fading of FR-performance due to chemical incorporation into the PU matrix.
- High phosphorus content allows excellent flame-retardant efficiency at low dosages.
