FLOTREAT FI 15477 is a specialized friction reducer formulated with ethylene and propylene oxide polymers and surfactants in a water-glycol solution. Specifically designed for heavy, asphaltenic crude oil transport applications. FLOTREAT FI 15477 reduces friction in heavy crude oil transport systems while decreasing oil-water interfacial tension. It effectively modifies emulsion characteristics to separate contained water and prevent water adhesion, thereby improving crude oil fluidity and mobility for easier transportation.
