Tridecyl polyethylene glycol ether-orthophosphate ester

Hostaphat 1308 K

Hostaphat 1308 K is an aqueous solution of tridecyl polyethylene glycol ether-orthophosphate ester, potassium salt. It is mainly used as an emulsifier in emulsion polymerization, as an allrounder for common monomers (acrylic, vinyl, styrene...). Moreover, it can also be used as a dispersing agent for pigments in aqueous dispersions, and as a wetting agent and detergent in vehicle and industrial cleaning and textile finishing processes.

Benefits
  • Supplied in pre-neutralized form, eliminating the need for in-situ neutralization procedures
  • Ready-to-use formulation ensuring reproducible and faster polymerization processes
  • Reduced hazard (Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects has desappears compared to non-neutralized versions)
  • Works well with common binders (pure acrylic, vinyl acetate, styrene acrylic...)
