I confirm that my company currently produces nitric acid at the production facility indicated above and that it does not use N₂O abatement technology in this facility

In case my company is eligible to receive a free reactor fill of EnviCat™ N₂O-S, I agree to my company name being used as a reference in Clariant's related communication

I am aware that Clariant will only supply the catalyst. I confirm that my company will take care of installing the catalyst in the specified production facility not longer than one year after the shipment has been received, and at the latest by end of 2023, whichever comes first. I will not resell or otherwise transfer the catalyst

I acknowledge and agree that the free reactor fills of EnviCat™ N₂O-S are assigned in the sole discretion of Clariant, without any legal obligation and without legal recourse, and are subject to compliance with locally applicable laws and regulations
