Distribution 2026
For the Annual General Meeting, taking place on 1 April 2026, the Board of Directors proposed a distribution to shareholders through a capital reduction by way of a par value reduction of CHF 0.42 per share based on Clariant’s performance in 2025.
Subject to the approval of the AGM, the payment to shareholders in the amount of CHF 0.42 per registered share will be made beginning of June 2026, after a successful registration of the ordinary capital reduction in the Commercial Register, i.e., after the expiry of the 30-day statutory period for calling in debts, within which creditors may lodge any claims and demand security; the receipt of the audit confirmation from an approved auditing expert; and the subsequent declaratory resolution and amendments to the Articles of Association by the Board of Directors in connection with the ordinary capital reduction.
