Antioxidant Solutions for plastic materials

AddWorks® PKG 118

AddWorks PKG 118 is a highly efficient antioxidant solution which diminishes the thermo-oxidative degradation of polymers and the development of undesired colour (yellowing) during melt processing and long term use. AddWorks PKG 118 is particularly suitable for the high speed CPP and BOPP resins to provide exceptionally excellent melt flow and color stability at high processing temperatures. In addition, it also enables longer dyne Level retention after corona treatment, film breakages reduction at high speed and allow longer screen pack lifetime. It is especially suitable for PP thermoforming resins.

Product Data Sheet

AddWorks PKG 118 applies to polyolefins and their copolymers, especially polypropylene. It is particularly suitable for the processing of PP fils (CPP, BOPP) where it ensures a superior melt flow and color protection. It also contributes to higher dyne retention during the metallization process of those films.

AddWorks PKG 118 is broadly approved in plastics for food contact applications.

Recommended dosage level of AddWorks PKG 118:                    0.10 - 0.20 %
