Celyscence

Celyscence is an extract of the seedless milk thistle flower (Sylibum marianum) that prevents the accumulation of senescent cells (also called "zombie cells") in the skin thanks to three different activities:

1- Celyscence prevents cells from becoming senescent

2- Celyscence activates the apoptosis process in senescent cells to eliminate them (senolytic effect)

3- Celyscence turns back the phenotype of senescent cells into younger cells, thus preventing them from producing SASPs, some deleterious molecules that cause senescence in surrounding cells (senomorphic effect)

Thanks to this triple mode of action, Celyscence restores skin healthiness, which was demonstrated on clinical studies: on the chest, wrinkles are decrease and luminosity is increased, to help women feel more confident in their femininity. On the face, melanin content was reduced to increase skin brightness.
