Emulchem™ 101 is a mixture of emulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors designed as an additive package for soluble oil formulations. It forms stable, milky emulsions and offers superior corrosion protection on cast iron and aluminum alloys. It is recommended for use especially in hard water and can be adjusted for different oil types by adding specific components. The product is a dark brown liquid with a pH of approximately 9.0 to 10.0 and is miscible with water.
