PHASETREAT 6408 is a synergistic blend of surface-active organic chemicals in a mixed alcohol and diesel carrier. The formulation is the result of extensive screening on various types of crude oil emulsions and these tests indicate that it has general application. However, it may be specific to certain types of crudes and should be checked on fresh emulsions.
