PHASETREAT 15568 is a synergistic blend of surface active organic chemicals in an organic solvent blend. The formulation is the result of extensive screening on various types of crude oil emulsions and these tests indicate that it has general application. It may, however, be specific to certain types of crude and should be checked on fresh emulsions.
