Emulsogen™ 4617 is a blend of ether carboxylic acids with excellent emulsification and dispersing properties. It is used for metal working fluids and rolling emulsions. The product is extremely stable against electrolyte and hard water. Furthermore, Emulsogen™ 4617 shows outstanding lime soap dispersing power, being able to disperse large quantities of calcium oleate or tallate.

Emulsogen CLE 070 is an ether carboxylic acid with excellent emulsification and dispersing properties. It is used for metal working fluids, fire resistant hydraulic fluids (HFA-S) and rolling emulsions. The product is extremely stable against electrolyte and hard water. Furthermore Emulsogen CLE 070 shows outstanding lime soap dispersing power, being able to disperse large quantities of calcium oleate or tallate.

Emulsogen COL 080 is a low foaming ether carboxylic acid with good emulsification and dispersing properties. It is used for metal working fluids, fire resistant hydraulic fluids (HFA-S) and rolling emulsions. The product is extremely stable against electrolyte and hard water. Furthermore Emulsogen COL 080 shows outstanding lime soap dispersing power, being able to disperse large quantities of calcium oleate or tallate.

Emulsogen™ COL 100 is an ether carboxylic acid with excellent emulsification and dispersing properties. It is used as a co-emulsifier in a broad variety of emulsifiable metal working fluids. In combination with other suitable nonionic or anionic components, as little as 2-3 % Emulsogen™ COL 100 in the mineral oil concentrate are sufficient to improve emulsion stability and dispersity. Emulsogen™ COL 100 also shows outstanding lime soap dispersing power and is able to disperse large quantities of calcium oleate or tallate.
