Sowohl hartes als auch weiches Wasser kann für Emulgatoren in Kühlschmierstoffen problematisch sein.

Bei Metallbearbeitungs- oder Kühlflüssigkeiten, die bei hohen Wasserhärten verwendet werden, tritt starke Kalkseifenbildung auf, während weiches Wasser die Schaumkontrolle erschwert.

Die Emulsogen® MTP-Produktreihe ist Teil unseres Portfolios an Schmierstoffadditiven und bietet eine Lösung für beide Probleme. Sie gewährleistet hohe Emulgierleistung und Kalkseifendispergierkraft sowie geringe Schaumbildung.

Die schwach schäumenden nichtionischen Emulgatoren sind kennzeichnungsfrei und international zugelassen.

Emulsogen® MTP 030 ist eine nachhaltige Alternative zu Cetyl-Oleyl 5 EO-Emulgatoren. Der besonders für Regionen mit kühlerem Klima geeignete nichtionische Emulgator gewährleistet hervorragende Emulgierung sowie geringe Schaumbildung. Seine Multifunktionalität trägt dazu bei, die Komplexität von Formulierungen zu reduzieren.

    Emulsogen MTP 020
    Emulsogen® MTP 020 is a multifunctional label-free nonionic emulsifier for metal working fluids with outstanding low foaming properties. Emulsogen® MTP 020 is able to disperse large quantities of calcium oleate or tallate and shows very good lime soap dispersing properties (K-value approx. 17 g according to DIN 53903). When applied as nonionic emulsifier component in emulsifiable metal working fluids, Emulsogen® MTP 020 is highly compatible with anionic and other nonionic formulation components.Emulsogen® MTP 020 has a sustainable profile, reducing the impact on the environment and being safe to the personal health.

    Emulsogen® MTP 090 is a label-free nonionic emulsifier for metal working fluids with excellent low foaming properties. Emulsogen® MTP 090 has a high HLB of 12 and a cloud point of 75°C. In contrast to classical oleyl 6 EO emulsifier like Emulsogen MS 12, Emulsogen MTP 090 is hazard label free, German Water Hazardous Class 1 (WGK 1) and exhibits excellent handling properties even at low temperature.Emulsogen® MTP 090 has a sustainable profile, reducing the impact on the environment and being safe to the personal health.
