Clariant Mining Solutions offers HOSTAFLOT™ xanthate-replacement collectors, enabling mining operators to use safer alternatives to xanthate collectors without compromising performance in the flotation of copper ores, polymetallic ores and gold associated to sulfides.

HOSTAFLOT™ xanthate-replacement collectors are ready-to-use liquid collectors that have comparable flotation performance and the following benefits:

NaSH-replacement depressants: safer and more efficient molybdenum flotation

FLOTICOR™ DP Copper Depressants for NaSH Replacement:

Clariant’s FLOTICOR™ DP copper depressants for NaSH replacement completely replace sodium hydrosulfide (NaSH) in copper-molybdenum flotation.

FLOTICOR™ DP copper depressants for NaSH replacement effectively depress iron and copper sulfides while delivering target molybdenum grade and recovery at significantly lower dosages than NaSH.

FLOTICOR™ DP copper depressants for NaSH replacement eliminate H₂S exposure risks across all process conditions, removing the need for scrubbers while maintaining optimal molybdenum recovery performance. Our water-soluble, odorless formulations work effectively across a wide pH range and fully integrate with existing plant equipment and flowsheets.
