Hordaphos MDB is a multi-functional additive which can be used in various applications, especially in printing inks, paints and coatings. It is a clear, colourless to yellowish liquid with an ester-like odour.

Hordaphos MDB is used as a pickling and anchoring agent for the application of paints and as a hardener for acid-curing paint systems. In printing inks Hordaphos MDB acts as flexibilizer. Furthermore, it is used as antistaticum and dispersing agent.

Hordaphos MDB is supplied in 60 kg net tight head drums (480 kg pallets), 200 kg net tight head drums (800 kg net pallets), also in 1,000 kg net semi-bulk containers or road tankers.
Storage
Hordaphos MDB must be stored in its tightly closed original container in a cool frost-free place away from direct sunlight.
Minimum shelf life is 12 months from the date of shipping when stored according to the said conditions.
