Hostastat FE 1 is a highly effective internal antistatic agent for polyolefins, especially polypropylene, that rapidly develops its antistatic effect.

It is added to equalize and reduce static charges on polymers surfaces preventing undesired or hazardous effects caused by dust attraction, spark discharge, ink misting.

Hostastat FE 1 can be combined with long lasting ethoxylated amines (e.g. Hostastat FA 14 or Hostastat FA 68) in order to combine its rapidly generated effect with a long term performance of an alkyl amine. During processing of filled or reinforced PP, Hostastat FE 1 acts as a flow promoter.

Storage
Minimum shelf life is 2 years from the date of shipping when properly stored.
