EXPERIENCE FAST-TRACK, CUSTOMER INNOVATION IN ACTION!

Clariant Oil Services is pleased to announce the Grand Opening event of the High-Throughput Experimentation (HTE) Laboratory in the Woodlands, TX. The celebration will be held on Thursday, September 5th, 2019 and will highlight Clariant’s HTE lab, the first of its kind in the Oil & Gas Industry for application discovery and development. Through differentiation and innovation, the HTE fast response unit offers oil production customers optimized formulations that meet their unique crude requirements in a rapid timeframe, providing new and sophisticated solutions.

Senior leaders, Rusmir Niksic, Head of Clariant’s Business Unit Oil & Mining Services (BU OMS), Lucius Kemp, Clariant’s Head of High Throughput Experimentation, Group Technology and Innovation and Dr. Jonathan Wylde, Head of Innovation and Application Development, BU OMS, will be presenting their respective business vision and strategies how the HTE specialized tools and techniques can greatly improve productivity with higher efficiency. Following the presentations, a tour of the lab will be provided to demonstrate first-hand how the automated instrumentation, customized software tools and techniques are used to reduce the time to market for new products. ABOUT THE HTE LAB IN THE WOODLANDS

While HTE has been widely used in other industries for years, Clariant is the first company to adopt HTE for the Oil and Gas industry as a standard tool. High-throughput experimentation is a method for scientific research where automated instrumentation, specialized software tools and alternative techniques are used.
