Segment Marketing Manager, Personal Care – North America
Lynna enthusiastically leads Segment Marketing for Personal Care at Clariant North America. Her career has spanned over ten years with experience at both CPG and B2B companies. She has held roles in both technical and commercial functions, ranging from product development and formulation, to marketing and product management. She is particularly passionate about hair and body care applications and the latest trends across the beauty industry. She is based in New Jersey and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University.
Heeseon Kim
Technical Application Chemist – North America
Heeseon is the Technical Application Chemist for North America at 3CCIC USA, a Clariant company. She started her career as a cosmetic chemist at a contract manufacturing company and specialized in skincare products & development. Working at Moroccanoil, a haircare brand company, she expanded her expertise in haircare formulations. With previous roles in formulating both skincare and haircare products, she joined Clariant in 2019. She holds a B.S in Molecular Cell Biology and working on her M.S. in Chemistry from Stevens Institute of Technology.
