Dr. Vinicius Ribeiro Celinski

Vinicius Ribeiro Celinski leads the Competence Center Purification and BTX catalysts for Europe, Middle East and Africa within Clariant’s Functional Minerals Business Unit.

A chemist specializing in inorganic and physical chemistry from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, he finished his PhD at the University of Siegen, where he focused on characterization methods and modelling of minerals. After his graduation he joined PreOmics, a biotech startup, in 2016 with responsibilities in different roles. He joined Clariant in 2018 at his current position in Moosburg, developing solutions for some of the challenges posed by the edible and waste oil industries.

Vinicius holds German and Brazilian citizenship, he was born and raised in Brazil and lives with his wife and two children in Germany.
