Selective Dehydrogenation and Dealkylation Catalyst for Conversion of Toluene to Benzene


Detol® is a high-performance catalyst designed for selective dehydrogenation and dealkylation of toluene to benzene. Thanks to the catalyst’s high aromatic selectivity, petrochemical producers benefit from excellent product purity, with benzene content in the end-product exceeding 99.93 wt%. Detol is designed for use in an economical, single-step process, which eliminates the need for separate hydrotreating to reduce olefin or sulfur content in feedstock.
